You need to have Yahoo Messenger with your User Name to use this.
You also need to create a Pingbox on Yahoo here: http://messenger.yahoo.com/pingbox/
WHAT DOES IT DO:

This vQmod adds a Yahoo Sliding Chat to your store. It uses Yahoo Messenger Pingbox.

>> Adds a Yahoo Pingbox Chat that when clicked on slides up a chat window so customers can communicate with you.
>> Fully customizable. You can change the size and placement etc. by editing the xml and graphic files.
